The Development Bank of American Samoa (DBAS) would like to inform the public that out of 244 applications submitted to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines competitive grant for Affordable Housing Program, DBAS was among the 55 recipients selected to receive funding.
This is a significant achievement that will allow DBAS to expand affordable housing opportunities for low-income families and individuals in American Samoa.
About the Program
The Affordable Housing Program grant will be used to assist qualifying families with down payment and closing cost assistance, making homeownership more accessible across the Territory.
