The Development Bank of American Samoa (DBAS) announces the Magic Monday Lottery for the Maota Affordable Loan Project (MALP) program.
This lottery event will select eligible participants for the MALP affordable housing program. All interested applicants who have completed the required workshops are eligible to participate.
