The Development Bank of American Samoa (DBAS) announces a Public Hearing on the HOME-ARP (American Rescue Plan) Proposal Plan.
Community members are invited to review and provide feedback on DBAS's proposed plan for utilizing HOME-ARP funds to address housing instability and homelessness in American Samoa.
