The Development Bank of American Samoa (DBAS) is pleased to announce mandatory HUD HOME Program Workshops for all program applicants and participants.
Attendance at these workshops is required for loan processing. All applicants currently in the HUD HOME program pipeline must attend one of the scheduled sessions to continue their application.
