The Development Bank of American Samoa (DBAS) is hosting a VA PACT ACT and Claims Workshop for eligible veterans and their families in American Samoa.
The workshop will cover expanded VA benefits and claims filing procedures under the PACT Act (Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act of 2022).

- Veterans exposed to toxic substances during military service
- Veterans filing or planning to file VA disability claims
- Family members and survivors of eligible veterans
