The Development Bank of American Samoa (DBAS) is excited to announce that we will be hosting Maota Affordable Loan Workshops in the Manua Islands from March 14–21, 2024.

These workshops are open to all Manua Islands residents interested in learning about the Maota Affordable Loan Project (MALP) and other DBAS housing programs.
