The Development Bank of American Samoa (DBAS) welcomes comments from the public concerning its Statement of Activities for its application to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Section 533 Housing Preservation Grant (HPG) for Fiscal Year 2026.
DBAS is requesting HPG funding to continue the operation of its homeowner housing rehabilitation program. The funding will assist four very low income and two low income homeowners in the rural village of Pago Pago, in the Eastern District of American Samoa, to rehabilitate and repair their homes for safe and healthy living conditions.
